Before confirming your registration, please read over the following:

Daily Rate
The daily rate is a package rate including accommodations, Ayurvedic intake and Ayurvedic and/or Siddha therapies, traditional medicines during your stay, Ayurvedic Kerala-style cuisine, basic laundry service, and airport pickup/drop off.

Credit card processing fees apply.

Check-in time is at 7am or later on your arrival day. Check-out time is at 9pm or earlier on your day of departure. Early arrival and late departure are charged at 50% of the daily rate.

Airfare, lodging for a longer stay, western medical diagnostics and services, general ground transportation, and all personal items are not included.

Tipping Rasa Ayurveda staff at the end of your treatment (around $10USD per day) is a usual practice.

Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable. If you must change your plans, we receive and confirm your written cancellation at least eight weeks before your reserved arrival date, your deposit less a $350 processing fee will be one time transferable. This credit is valid for 2 years and may be used for your future stay at Rasa Ayurveda. If you give us less than 8 weeks notice, your entire payment is forfeited.

We recommend full trip insurance covering package costs and air travel, in case your plans change. Coverage is low cost. One reputable company is the U.S. is TravelGuard. tel (800) 826-1300.

Visa & Passport
A tourist visa for travel to India is required. Please ensure that your passport and visa are in place well before travel date.

Residential Healing at Rasa Ayurveda Traditional Healing Centre for Women
Come to Rasa Ayurveda prepared to rest and relax during your healing process to facilitate the effectiveness of the therapies.

Rasa Ayurveda is not a spa offering luxury or catering to western expectations, but a traditional healing centre set in a traditional environment. Air conditioning is not available. Cultural awareness training is offered to all patient-guests. We hope you will be comfortable embracing the expectations regarding modest dress and behavior that a part of the traditional culture of Kerala.

Please know that during the first three days of menses, an intermission is taken from full-body external treatments. During this time, a woman's body is engaged in its own healing and purification. Certain therapies will continue during menses, depending as always on the needs of the patient. Allowing time for the body's natural state does not pose any impediment to the effectiveness of traditional Ayurvedic or Siddha Vaidya treatment.

Possession or use of tobacco, alcohol or illegal drugs of any kind are not allowed on Rasa Ayurveda premises or during your stay in any location. If you are seeking release from tobacco or alcohol addiction, please email with the details of your situation. We may be able to create a treatment program for you.
